good communication, excellent service

I contacted Sue asking for more information about toy name trains, not realising what I wanted to know was on another page of the website. I quickly sent off another email to Sue telling her I had discovered the information and she didn’t need to reply but she did anyway and offered to help more if needed. There was no problem ordering the goods and then I was kept in the loop all the way as to when they had been posted and when they would be delivered. I was very impressed with the packaging of the parcel and all was in order and undamaged on receipt of it.
